How to Redeem?
If you’re redeeming the gift card for yourself, include the Gift Card Number in the comment section within the booking page. Do also save the screenshot to flash this for us during your visit.
If you’re purchasing a Voucher for your loved one, please include the details in the Comments section at the cart. The e-gift card will also be mailed to you so you can forward it to your family/friends. Do remember to leave us a note at the comment section so we can also say hello and get in touch to help your loved one make their first booking!

Gift Card Terms and Conditions:
Gift Cards and vouchers are to be utilised within 3 months from Date of Purchase.
Gift Cards cannot be used during Christmas or Chinese New Year Peak periods or combined with any existing promotions. Gift cards are strictly non-transferrable and non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash. Advance booking is compulsory to fix your appointment to redeem the gift card. Pocobeauty reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
